ARTWORK APPROVAL PROCESS

In order for your job to commence, we have to put your job through the artwork approval process. Inkgloo requires a written customer approval of the mockup via email in order for a job to begin production. Please make sure that you check the mockup thoroughly for any errors or mistakes as that is your responsibility. Once approved any mistakes are reproduced from the mockup will be on you and InkGloo will not be held accountable. Colours may be different or distorted due to being seen on an electrical device. We will try to get colours as close as possible using a Pantone solid colour swatch book for reference.

PRE - PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS

In order to commence production, these conditions have to be met:

  1. The final approved artwork must be sent to us in the proper format. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the artwork meets our guides and specifications.

  2. The garments that are intended to be printed on must be on site at the warehouse. We also request that the full order is present before we begin on the production of the job.

  3. Payment must be made in full. If we do not receive the full payment, then we will not commence the job.
